You are responsible for a first-class and cordial guest service at our reception bar.

You welcome our guests, help them with check-in and provide them with insider tips on your favorite places in Hamburg.

You prepare coffee, drinks and snacks at the bar with a few skillful touches and take care of breakfast in the morning.

You are responsible for goods receiving, control and general order.

In addition, you will take care of minor administrative tasks and keep an eye on the house.

In short, you help our guests to find their way around in Hamburg, whether at check-in, chilling at the bar or on the next tour of the neighborhood. Uncomplicated and with a twinkle in your eye.

You are service-oriented and you put your heart and soul into the well-being of our guests.

You are decisive and responsible. Gastronomy and/or reception are your terrain, and a well-groomed and confident appearance are a matter of course for you.

You are communicative and a flexible team player, but you are also good with computers.

You are willing to work in shifts and to take over a night shift as a substitute.

In addition, you speak perfect German and English and ideally also have knowledge of other languages.

You assist at late check-in or early check-out.

You make regular rounds to make sure everything is safe and quiet in our hotel.

You restock our vending machines and bar area at night so our guests always have something to eat and drink.
